Policies & PRocedures

  • We recommend booking your treatments well in advance, particularly for weekend appointments. You will receive a reminder email or phone call one to two days prior to your service as confirmation. Scheduling an appointment acknowledges acceptance of our cancellation policy (see below) and requires a valid credit card on file.

  • We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your treatment begins to fill out paperwork and to enjoy Wholeness Center's facilities. Please note that treatments must end on time, regardless of their start time. If you arrive late, we will not be able to complete the full service, and treatment fees cannot be prorated.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us no later than twenty-four hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel for any reason with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 fee per appointment. If you no show your appointment, you will be charged the full amount.

    *For Laser Hair Clients: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service.

  • All pre-paid services, memberships, packages (including laser hair packages) and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • A 20% gratuity is appreciated via cash or tippy. If you must leave a tip on a credit card, there will be a $5 processing fee applied to your total.

  • No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the Spa unless receiving a service and accompanied by a parent.

  • When making an appointment, please let us know if you are pregnant or have any health concerns, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, or allergies. We will tailor your treatment accordingly.

  • As a courtesy to other guests, please turn off your cell phones or other electronic mobile devices prior to your arrival. If you expect to receive any communications whilst in treatment, please advise a spa concierge and they will be received on your behalf.

  • As part of the Wholeness Center’s Spa experience you will be provided with robe or spa wrap depending on the service. We recommend that you bring a swimsuit for use of the steam room and sauna, however, should you have forgotten yours, we will provide you with a spa wrap. Please note, Skin Lab services do not receive spa wraps or robes.

  • Gift certificates to Wholeness Center can be purchased online, in person, via phone or by email for any regular menu item (NOT specials) or in any dollar denomination. If you wish to purchase a specific service, please note that prices are subject to change. Services received that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require an additional payment for the balance due.

    Gift certificates can be mailed anywhere in the U.S..

    Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for 5 years from date of purchase. A gift card is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. Wholeness Center is not responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of this certificate. Face value of all certificates is in US dollars. Certificates must be surrendered at time of redemption.

    Please note, gift certificates cannot be used towards membership dues or for services with our center partners (Reiki with Donna, Deborah's Beauty Spa, Salon Serenity, Stephanie’s med spa services, OGO Acupuncture), cannot pay off an existing balance, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

  • Wholeness Center accepts Wholeness Center gift cards, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please Note: We do NOT accept Spa Finder gift cards.
